• 6 #10 cans of refried beans
• 5 #10 cans of enchilada sauce
• 13 lasagnas
• 40 pound salad
• 3 cans coffee (more than needed--probably have enough for next year)
• 3 large bags of green beans
• 2 gallons Salsa
• 3 bags corn chips
• Only 1 large bag croutons (???)
• Dozen onions (pound quantities???)
• No black olives???
